What I did

Problem
Internal teams had to switch between multiple tabs and external apps just to communicate. This constant context switching interrupted workflows, slowed collaboration, and reduced productivity — communication itself became friction.
Solution
We built a ubiquitous, in-house B2B chat tool that works across platforms and integrates directly into existing workflows. Employees could communicate instantly from anywhere — without leaving the tools they were already using.
Impact
Launched the product internally (due to contract reasons, I no longer supported the product after the interal release)
